step 1 carpet cleaning-.30 cent per sq feet. Highly effective for customers who normally has there carpet cleaned at least twice per year.

Step 2 carpet cleaning and P.C.S -.40 cent per sq feet.  P.C.S works as a safe bleach agent for carpets.

Step 3 carpet cleaning, P.C.S, and E.P.S stain removal - charged at .75 cent per sq feet. The most aggressive step in carpet cleaning. P.C.S and E.P.S stain removal helps eliminate stains and restore carpet back to its original color. P.C.S works as a safe bleach agent for carpets. E.P.S stain removal eliminates stains: such as gum, oil, paint and wax.


Strip and wax step


Step 1 strip and wax- .55 cent per sq feet. Works best for customers who normally has there floors strip and wax at least twice per year.

Step 2 strip and wax and base board edges- .65 cent per sq feet. Extremely effective for customers who normally has there floors strip and wax once a year.

Step 3 strip and wax, base board edges, and E.P.S floor P.C.S bleach agent - .75 cent per sq feet. The final and most effective step in terms of tackling floors that haven’t been strip and wax for quite sometime. P.C.S bleach agent is extremely effective on dirt build up from foot traffic!


Wood floors

step 1- .55 cent cleaning and adding a light wax / polish

Step 2 – $2 to 5 dollars per sq feet. Stripping, sanding and waxing


Grout and tile cleaning

Step 1 - .55 per sq feet,  cleaning and light scrubbing

Step 2 - $1.25 per sq feet, cleaning and heavy duty scrubbing
