Pricing
300 sq feet to 5,000 sq feet $65.00 per visit
5000 sq feet to 9,000 sq feet $90.00 per visit
9100 sq feet or more pricing may vary.
Supplies and equipment: E.P.S Cleaning Service will provide OSHA approved chemical and supplies as needed ,excluded towels , trash bags , toliet papers and hand soap.
additional charges : carpet cleaning , window cleaning , floor waxing , and painting
Billing Information
customer invoice will be sent on the 15 of the month at that time the customer has until 5 of the following month to make a payment. If a payment hasnt been recieved by close of business on the 5th then a administration fee of $55.00 will be applied to the account.
If the customer hasnt made a payment by the 15 of the following month services will be place on a hold period until the bill is current.
communication is important to prevent misunderstanding on correctable situation. A simple phone call will let both parties know exlactly whats going on and what direction to be taken as needed.
Description of Assignment:
Dusting all common ares with the exception of work station/desk areas.
Bathroom/restrooms: Clean and sanitize men and woman restroom.
Cleaning of all other surfaces(handsinks , water fountains , counters , bars , and tables .
Trash pick up: Collect and dispose of all garbage
Vacuuming: Floors per visit
Moping: Damp moping per visit
